Vale Tudo Japan returns for its fourth installment next weekend. The event will be headlined by a match up between JMMA veteran Caol Uno and Jesse Brock.
Caol Uno has been there and done that. He’s competed in all the big promotions such as UFC, DREAM, K-1 and Shooto. He’s been in the industry since 1996 and has faced the who’s who of the sport. While Uno did have a rough run between 2008 and 2012, he saw a resurgence in his career last year. He’s currently on a 3 fight win streak with 2 of those wins being in VTJ.
Jesse Brock is no push over and should be a formidable opponent for Uno. The American currently has a 16-7 record and is on a 2 fight win streak. Brock was last seen defeating Adrian Cruz at Bellator 105.
VTJ 4th will take place on 23rd February at the Ota City General Gymnasium, Tokyo, Japan. The event will also so familiar faces in the JMMA scene such as Mamoru Yamaguchi, Naoyuki Kotani and Hiroyuki Takaya.
